“Homebuyer Education Workshop” will be held Saturday, November 11 from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, at the MEDC Conference Room, 301 Norris Avenue, with Mary Seybold as the instructor. This 8-hour education workshop is designed for anyone considering the purchase of a home and fulfills the requirements for loans from FHLBank of Topeka, NIFA and USDA.

Registration and payment is required a minimum of three days in advance of the class date. Registered “no shows/no pays” will be billed the amount of the registration fee.
