The Center For Enterprise at McCook Community College recently completed a series of 13 Supervisory Series modules by presenting an empowering opportunity for managers to receive instruction and practice skills on pertinent training topics.   These classes prepared area supervisors and managers to work more effectively with others in their organizations by developing essential skills that help motivate and guide employees to success.

Two new, additional classes will be offered in 2010.  “Improving Work Habits” will be held January 28, 2010 and “Delegating” on February 25, 2010. These modules will be offered as a bonus at no additional cost to those employees who attended the entire 13-module series.  For individuals or businesses that were unable to commit to the entire 13-module series, participants may attend for an unusual “two for one” special!

Registration and payment is required a minimum of three days in advance of the class date. Registered “no shows/no pays” will be billed the amount of the registration fee.
